Basketball Saturday

Well basketball is definately in full swing. We had 5 games and were at the rec center from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The kids love it and it keeps us all out of trouble, I guess.

Maizee gets stuck watching it all!

Traeson and Dodee both play together on the same team. They love it. They get better every week. Traeson has a shot straight from his dad. He drains 3 pointers on a frequent basis. Dodee is the energizer bunny, she never stops.

J.R. had a great game as usual. He is playing with a group of boys that play really well together. His team has won every game so far by a long ways. He was going in for a lay up and another kid pushed him in the back, causing him to fly into the brick wall and smash the back of his head into the wall. He has a good size goose egg for the effort.

Taylor had 3 different ball games in one day. She plays on a super league team, they had 2 games. She also plays on a Jr. Jazz team. The Jr. Jazz team has dominated the other teams this year. On Saturday, they were in a much tighter game. It went into double over time. Taylor hit the game winning 18 foot shot with 15 seconds left then blocked a shot by the other team. She had a super day!
