Maizee is 18 months!!
Maizee had her 18 month old check this week. She is growing like a weed, but she is still at the botton of the growth charts. I have decided she is just going to be little, at least for awhile. She weighed 21.6 lbs (21st percentile) and was 35.75 inches tall (31st percentile) - at least she's now in the double digits for percentiles. She talks non-stop, and is changing so quickly. She has changed from being a baby to being a little kid. It really doesn't seem fair that they grow so fast.

Taylor's Trip to Florida
Taylor spent the first week of March dancing at Nationals in Orlando Florida. A HUGE thanks to Lannis and Carl for the opportunity to go. She had a blast and they did great. They placed first in their prop and second in their jazz routine. She got the worst sun burn I have ever seen, and it wasn't ever above 67 degrees. Here are a few pics :)

The Maiz-meister's Escape Attempt
We went to Tay's volleyball tournament in Idaho Falls this weekend. The kids loved the pool (I will update some video later). But Maizee wanted to go play with the other toys around the pool. She worked and worked until she got herself in a real mess. Most peoples kids get their heads stuck, but mine managed to get her whole body stuck!!

**Update**
Well I haven't update in a very long time. So here is a brief run down of the past few weeks.
Taylor just finished LHS basketball. She had a fantastic year and loved every minute of it. She just made the LHS softball team.

She is doing such amazing things. She is a 3 sport athlete (volleyball, basketball, and softball), plays on a club volleyball team, and dances with a dance company, all while maintaining a 4.0 gpa. We couldn't be more proud of her!!!
J.R. is playing on 2 super league basketball teams this season and getting ready for baseball.
Traeson just finished basketball and is getting ready for baseball to start.
Dodee just finished basketball and is excited about soccer and baseball soon.
Maizee is hell on wheels. She definately runs the show. We all jump whenever she peeps.
I have updated the calendar with game schedules for all the events. Check it out on the home page of the blog.

Picture Memories
Well, because it's winter, and we are all locked up inside with nothing to do, I haven't had anything to post. So I decided to take a quick look through our old pics and post a favorite memory for each of the kiddos.
Taylor:
When Taylor was little, her and a friend, Marissa would spend hours everyday on the tramp. Whether they were doing tricks, jumping of the deck, or making up dances they were out there hour and hour..jpg)

J.R.
J.R. was a skeleton for Halloween one year. He ran around dancing and singing the hip bone connects to the leg bone song, which then stuck for weeks. It was so annoying I thought I would kill him, but looking back it was pretty funny and typical J.R. style.
Traeson:
Traeson's memory is from Halloween 2004. Which is also his birthday, he turned 3. I remember this just like it was yesterday. As you can see he was a happy little lark. The plan was that he would dress up like a football player, and Dodee would be a cheerleader.
Well, once Dodee was ready, Traeson decided he wasn't going to get dressed and ready (big surprise!!). He wanted to go as a "nobody". I told him that "nobodies" don't get candy at trick or treating and if he wanted candy he would have to put on his costume. The pictures are in squence of what we now refer to as a "melt down".
First comes the flop to the floor:
Then a few tears:
A few more:
All leading up to the blood-curdling wail.
Funny, it's all so clear in my head, but I can't for the life of me, remember if he ever put on the costume or if he ended up with candy. lol
Cadence:
When Dodee turned one, I took her into JC Penny to have her pictures taken. I made sure she had taken a nap, was well fed, and in a good mood. But it didn't matter. As soon as they put her up on the table to take her picture she covered her face with her hands and wouldn't look up. She sat like that for several minutes while the poor picture girl tried all her tricks to get her to look up. After what seemed like a very long time I gave up and had her just take the picture. It turned out to be one of my all time favorites.
